南舍精品民宿设计项目位于湖州市南浔古镇，地处江浙沪两省一市交界处。明清时期为江南蚕丝名镇，是一个人文资源充足、中西建筑合璧的江南古镇。南浔古镇素有“文化之邦”和“诗书之乡”之称。古镇内传统民居清丽典雅、别致内蕴，大宅园林在中国传统建筑形式中，大胆而巧妙地渗透和融合西方建筑风格，形成了一种独特的中西合璧的江南宅第建筑艺术。
nanshe boutique homestay design project is located in nanxun ancient town, huzhou city, at the junction of jiangsu, zhejiang and shanghai. ming and qing dynasties is a famous silk town in the south of the yangtze river. it is an ancient town in the south of the yangtze river with abundant human resources and a combination of chinese and western architecture. nanxun ancient town is known as "the country of culture" and "the land of poetry". the traditional houses in the ancient town are elegant and unique. in the traditional architectural form of china, the grand house garden penetrates and merges the western architectural style boldly and cleverly, forming a unique architectural art of jiangnan house combining chinese and western.
南舍精品民宿设计项目原身是一个餐厅，传统老旧的装修风格，已经不能适应目前的消费人群了，民宿主怀着对民宿的特有情怀，以及周边人群的定位分析势必将老旧的餐厅改造设计成具有特色的民宿空间。
the original design project of nanshe homestay is a restaurant. the traditional old decoration style can no longer adapt to the current consumers. with the unique feelings of the homestay and the positioning analysis of the surrounding population, the homestay owner will transform the old restaurant into a characteristic residential space.
南舍精品民宿设计项目定位为现代简约的日式混搭风格。在功能分区上，一楼是公共空间，有接待、餐厅和会议，这层楼以开放平面设计。从二到四楼是客房区域总共设计了5间客房，包括有大床房、标准间、和榻榻米房间，每一房型对应不同的人群。
the design project of nanshe homestay is positioned as a modern and simple japanese style mix and match style. in the functional area, the first floor is a public space with reception, restaurants and meetings. this floor is designed in an open plan. from the second floor to the fourth floor, there are 5 guest rooms in the guest room area, including king bed room, standard room and tatami room. each room type corresponds to different people.
